بَابٌ فِيمَا كَانَ بَيْنَ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - وَالسُّكُوتِ عَمَّا شَجَرَ بَيْنَهُمْ .

وَعَنْ مَعْقِلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ أَنَّهُ دَخَلَ عَلَى عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ يَعُودُهُ ، فَقَالَ لَهُ : وَمَوْعِدُهُمُ السَّاعَةُ وَالسَّاعَةُ أَدْهَى وَأَمَرُّ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عِيسَى الْخَزَّازُ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

It is reported about Sayyiduna Ma'qil bin Yasar (may Allah be pleased with him) that he came to Ubaydullah bin Ziyad to visit him in his illness. Sayyiduna Ma'qil (may Allah be pleased with him) said to him: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "The punishment of this Ummah will be by the sword, and their appointed time is the Hour, and the Hour is more grievous and more bitter."
