Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) says: There was an argument about destiny (qadar) in the presence of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and he expressed severe displeasure at it; it seemed as though pomegranate seeds had been burst upon his face. He said: "What are you doing?" The people said: "O Messenger of Allah! We are arguing about destiny." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Everything is according to decree and destiny (qada' and qadar), even this." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said this while placing his index finger on the wrist of his other arm.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; the chain of this narration contains a group of narrators whom I do not know.
