Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 1181

Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When one of you performs ablution, he should rinse his mouth three times, for (by this) sins come out from his face; he should wash both his arms three times and wipe his head three times; then he should put his hands into his ears, and then pour water over his feet three times."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains a narrator, Abu Musa al-Hannat, who is matruk (abandoned).
