Abd al-Rahman bin Abbad bin Yahya bin Khallad al-Zuraqi narrates: We went to Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Unays (may Allah be pleased with him), and he said: Shall I not show you (by doing it) how the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to perform ablution and how he used to pray? We replied: Yes! So he washed both his hands three times each, wiped his head from front to back and from back to front, passed his hands over his ears as well, and washed both his feet three times each. Then he took a cloth, wrapped himself in it, and prayed. He said: I saw my beloved, (that is,) the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), perform ablution and pray in this way.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains a narrator, Abd al-Rahman bin Abbad bin Yahya bin Khallad al-Zuraqi, and I have not found anyone who has given his biography.
