عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " خِيَارُكُمْ مَنْ تَعَلَّمَ الْقُرْآنَ وَعَلَّمَهُ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الصَّغِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ الْقَزَّازُ ، وَثَّقَهُ الدَّارَقُطْنِيُّ ، وَضَعَّفَهُ جَمَاعَةٌ .
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The best of you is the one who learns the Qur'an and teaches it."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Saghir; its chain contains a narrator, Muhammad bin Sinan al-Qazzaz, whom Imam al-Daraqutni (may Allah have mercy on him) declared thiqah (trustworthy), while a group called him da'if (weak).
