بَابٌ فِي مَنْ قَتَلَ مُعَاهِدًا أَوْ أَخَفَرَ ذِمَّةً .

وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ : " مِائَةِ عَامٍ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْعَلَّافُ وَلَمْ أَعْرِفْهُ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
