وَعَنْ قَبِيصَةَ بْنِ حُرَيْثٍ ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْمُحَبِّقِ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " خُذُوا عَنِّي ، خُذُوا عَنِّي ، قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلًا الْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَنَفْيُ سَنَةٍ ، وَالثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَالرَّجْمُ " . رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَفِيهِ الْفَضْلُ بْنُ دَلْهَمٍ وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ ، وَلَكِنَّهُ أَخْطَأَ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ كَمَا ذَكَرَ .
Qabisah bin Hurayth reports this statement from Sayyiduna Salamah bin al-Muhabbiq (may Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Take the ruling from me, take the ruling from me! Allah Almighty has stated a ruling for such women: if an unmarried man commits fornication with an unmarried woman, the punishment will be a hundred lashes and a year of exile; and if a married man commits adultery with a married woman, the punishment will be a hundred lashes and stoning."
Ahmad recorded it. Its chain contains al-Fadl bin Dalham, who is thiqah (trustworthy), but he erred in this hadith, as has been mentioned.
