وَعَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ أَنَّهُ بَالَ ، فَمَسَحَ ذَكَرَهُ بِالتُّرَابِ ، ثُمَّ الْتَفَتَ إِلَيْنَا فَقَالَ : هَكَذَا عُلِّمْنَا .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ رَوْحُ بْنُ جَنَاحٍ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

It is reported about Sayyiduna Umar bin al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) that after urinating he wiped his private part with earth, then he turned towards us and said: This is how we were taught to do it.
Imam al-Tabarani recorded this narration in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains a narrator, Rawh bin Janah, and he is da'if (weak).
