Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 10498

Al-Qasim bin Muhammad narrates: Sayyidah Asma' (may Allah be pleased with her) came with some of her slave girls, and her eyesight had gone. She asked: "Where is al-Hajjaj?" We said: "He is not here." Sayyidah Asma' (may Allah be pleased with her) said: "Tell him to give us these bones, for I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbid mutilation." After that the narrator mentioned the full report.
Al-Tabarani recorded it, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
