بَابٌ فِي مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ حَقِّهِ وَأَهْلِهِ وَمَالِهِ
One who is killed defending his right, his family and his property

وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ - يَعْنِي ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ - قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - :
" مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ عُبَيْدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُحَارِبِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ ، وَرَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ عَنْ شَيْخِهِ عَبَّادِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ الْعَرْزَمِيِّ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ .
" مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ " .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever is killed while defending his wealth is a martyr."
Al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains Ubayd bin Muhammad al-Muharibi, who is da'if (weak).
Al-Bazzar recorded it from his teacher Abbad bin Ahmad al-Arzami, who is matruk (abandoned).
