بَابٌ فِي مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ حَقِّهِ وَأَهْلِهِ وَمَالِهِ
One who is killed defending his right, his family and his property

وَعَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - :
" مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ " .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَفِيهِ هَارُونُ بْنُ حَيَّانَ الرَّقِّيُّ ، قِيلَ : كَانَ يَضَعُ الْحَدِيثَ .
" مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ " .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَفِيهِ هَارُونُ بْنُ حَيَّانَ الرَّقِّيُّ ، قِيلَ : كَانَ يَضَعُ الْحَدِيثَ .
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever is killed while defending his wealth is a martyr."
