بَابٌ فِي مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ حَقِّهِ وَأَهْلِهِ وَمَالِهِ
One who is killed defending his right, his family and his property

وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ :
" الْمَقْتُولُ دُونَ مَالِهِ شَهِيدٌ " .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ مُبَارَكُ بْنُ سُحَيْمٍ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ .

Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "One who is killed defending his wealth is a martyr."
Al-Bazzar recorded it, and al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. Its chain contains Mubarak bin Suhaym, who is matruk (abandoned).
