بَابٌ فِي مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ حَقِّهِ وَأَهْلِهِ وَمَالِهِ
One who is killed defending his right, his family and his property

وَعَنْ حُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - :
" مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .
" مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Imam Husayn bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever is killed defending his wealth is a martyr."
Ahmad recorded it, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
