Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by a man who was being punished in his grave for spreading tales, and passed by a man who was being punished in his grave because of urine.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains a narrator, Khulayd bin Da'laj, whom the hadith scholars declared da'if (weak), except that Imam Abu Hatim says: He is salih (passable), but not solid. Ibn Adi says: Most of the reports he transmitted have been corroborated by other narrators.
