بَابُ الِاسْتِنْزَاهِ مِنَ الْبَوْلِ وَالِاحْتِرَازِ مِنْهُ لِمَا فِيهِ مِنَ الْعَذَابِ .

وَعَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ يَزْدَادَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " إِذَا بَالَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَنْثُرْ ذَكَرَهُ ثَلَاثًا " . قَالَ زَمْعَةُ : " مَرَّةً ؛ فَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ يُجْزِئُ " .
قُلْتُ : رَوَاهُ ابْنُ مَاجَهْ خَلَا قَوْلَهُ : " فَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ يُجْزِئُ عَنْهُ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَفِيهِ عِيسَى بْنُ يَزْدَادَ ، تُكُلِّمَ فِيهِ أَنَّهُ مَجْهُولٌ ، وَذَكَرَهُ ابْنُ حِبَّانَ فِي الثِّقَاتِ .
قُلْتُ : رَوَاهُ ابْنُ مَاجَهْ خَلَا قَوْلَهُ : " فَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ يُجْزِئُ عَنْهُ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَفِيهِ عِيسَى بْنُ يَزْدَادَ ، تُكُلِّمَ فِيهِ أَنَّهُ مَجْهُولٌ ، وَذَكَرَهُ ابْنُ حِبَّانَ فِي الثِّقَاتِ .
Isa bin Yazdad narrates from his father that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When any of you urinates, he should shake his private part three times." Zam'ah says: Let him do it once; that will suffice for him. (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say:
Ibn Majah recorded it, except that he did not record these words: "That will suffice for him."
Imam Ahmad recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Isa bin Yazdad, about whom it has been said that he is majhul (unknown), and Ibn Hibban mentioned him in Kitab al-Thiqat.
