Book of Purification
بَابُ الِاسْتِنْزَاهِ مِنَ الْبَوْلِ وَالِاحْتِرَازِ مِنْهُ لِمَا فِيهِ مِنَ الْعَذَابِ .

وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " عَامَّةُ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ فِي الْبَوْلِ ، فَاسْتَنْزِهُوا مِنَ الْبَوْلِ " .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ أَبُو يَحْيَى الْقَتَّاتُ ، وَثَّقَهُ يَحْيَى بْنُ مَعِينٍ فِي رِوَايَةٍ ، وَضَعَّفَهُ الْبَاقُونَ .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ أَبُو يَحْيَى الْقَتَّاتُ ، وَثَّقَهُ يَحْيَى بْنُ مَعِينٍ فِي رِوَايَةٍ ، وَضَعَّفَهُ الْبَاقُونَ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Most of the punishment of the grave is because of urine, so guard yourselves against urine!"
Al-Bazzar recorded it, and al-Tabarani in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator, Abu Yahya al-Qattat, whom Yahya bin Ma'in declared thiqah (trustworthy) according to one report, while the others declared him da'if (weak).
