Answer:
Absolutely not, absolutely not, this is absolutely not permissible, and the one who performs (halala) is a hired bull who is cursed by our Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم. If this hired bull (the one who performs halala) marries her, then that woman will not be lawful for her first husband (who gave her three divorces), rather she will not be lawful for her first husband until she marries another husband besides him in a marriage that has the intention and all its conditions fulfilled, and that second husband consummates the marriage with her, and she experiences the taste of that man and that man experiences the taste of that woman.
