Hadith 454

عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ : قَدِمْتُ مَكَّةَ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ ، فَلَمْ أَطُفْ بِالْبَيْتِ وَلا بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ ، فَشَكَوْتُ ذَلِكَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقَالَ : " افْعَلِي مَا يَفْعَلُ الْحَاجُّ غَيْرَ أَنْ لا تَطُوفِي بِالْبَيْتِ حَتَّى تَطْهُرِي " .
Umm al-Mu'mineen Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: I came to Makkah while in a state of menstruation, so I did not perform the Tawaf of the House (Ka'bah) and (the Sa'i between) Safa and Marwah. I complained about this to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), so he (ﷺ) said: "Perform all the rites of Hajj as the pilgrims do, but do not perform the Tawaf of the House until you become pure."
