عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، " أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُقَبِّلُ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ " . قَالَ لَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ : لَيْسَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ فِي أَصْلِ اللَّيْثِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ وَإِنَّمَا حَدَّثَ بِهِ عَنْهُ يَحْيَى بْنُ حَسَّانَ وَعَبْدُ الْغَفَّارِ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْحَرَّانِيُّ .
It is narrated from Umm al-Mu'mineen Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) would kiss while in the state of fasting.
