بَابُ مَنِ اسْتَحَبَّ تَرْكَ التَّلْبِيَةِ فِي طَوَافِ الْقُدُومِ، وَعَلَى الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ وَمَنْ رَآهَا وَاسِعَةً.
Chapter on the one who considered it recommended to leave the talbiyah during the tawaf of arrival (tawaf al-qudum) and on Safa and Marwah, and the one who considered there to be latitude and leeway in this matter.
