أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي قَالَا: ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ، ثنا رَوْحُ بْنُ أَسْلَمَ، ثنا زَائِدَةُ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: " كُلْ مَا أَلْقَى الْبَحْرُ وَمَا صِيدَ مِنْهُ، صَادَهُ يَهُودِيٌّ أَوْ نَصْرَانِيٌّ أَوْ مَجُوسِيٌّ ". قَالَ: وَطَعَامُهُ مَا أَلْقَى.
It is narrated from Ikrimah (may Allah have mercy on him) that Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: Whatever the sea casts out, and game caught from the sea, whether a Jew, a Christian or a Magian caught it, is lawful to eat.
وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ شَيْبَانَ بْنِ الْبَغْدَادِيِّ الْهَرَوِيُّ، أنبأ مُعَاذُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثنا بِشْرُ بْنُ آدَمَ، أنبأ أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: " كُلِ السَّمَكَ وَلَا يَضُرُّكَ مَنْ صَادَهُ مِنَ النَّاسِ ".
Ikrimah narrates from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both): That fish will not harm you, whoever among the people has caught it.
