أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ قَالَا: أنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، نا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الشَّافِعِيُّ، نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ شَاذَانَ، أنا مُعَلَّى بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، نا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ: " لَا ظِهَارَ مِنَ الْأَمَةِ ".
Amr bin Shu'ayb narrates from his father, and he from his grandfather (may Allah be pleased with him): "There is no zihar from a slave woman."
قَالَ: وَنا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: " لَيْسَ مِنَ الْأَمَةِ ظِهَارٌ ".
Ata' (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both): "There is no zihar from a slave woman."
وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ، وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَا: أنا عَلِيٌّ، نا يُوسُفُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ بُهْلُولٍ، نا جَدِّي، نا أَبِي، نا أَبُو جُزَيٍّ نَصْرُ بْنُ طَرِيفٍ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ السَّخْتِيَانِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: " مَنْ شَاءَ بَاهَلْتُهُ أَنَّهُ لَيْسَ لِلْأَمَةِ ظِهَارٌ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ ".
Ibn Abi Mulaykah narrates from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both): Whoever wishes, I will engage in mutual imprecation (mubahalah) with him that there is no zihar from a slave woman.
