Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) owed a man a two-toothed camel as a debt. He came demanding repayment, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Give it to him." They searched and found one better than it, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Give it to him." The man said: You have paid me in full; may Allah pay you in full. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The best person among you is the one who repays his debt in a good manner."

Sayyiduna Abu Rafi' (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) borrowed a camel from a man. Then camels came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). Abu Rafi' (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Return his camel to him." I searched among the camels and found only a raba'i camel (in its seventh year). I mentioned this to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Give him this one. The best of Allah's servants are those who are best in repaying."
