Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was shrouded in three white garments that were Suhuli and made of cotton (kursuf), among which there was neither a shirt nor a turban. As for the hullah, the people became confused about it, because that hullah had been bought for his (peace and blessings be upon him) shroud, but it was left aside. Abdullah bin Abi Bakr (may Allah be pleased with them both) took it and said: I will keep it for myself so that I may be shrouded in it. Then he said: Had Allah Almighty been pleased with it for His Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), he (peace and blessings be upon him) would surely have been shrouded in it. So he sold it and gave its price in charity.

Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that he (peace and blessings be upon him) was wrapped in a Yemeni hullah that belonged to Abdullah bin Abi Bakr (may Allah be pleased with them both). Then it was removed, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) was shrouded in three Yemeni garments, among which there was neither a turban nor a shirt. Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) picked up that hullah and said: Let me be shrouded in it. Then he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was not shrouded in it, so shall I be shrouded in it? Then he gave it in charity.

It is narrated from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was shrouded in three white Yemeni garments, among which there was neither a shirt nor a turban. It was said to her: People claim that he (peace and blessings be upon him) was shrouded in a hibarah cloak! She said: It was brought, but he was not shrouded in it.

Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was wrapped in a hibarah garment, then it was removed from him (peace and blessings be upon him). Al-Qasim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The remainder of it is still with us. The Shaykh (may Allah have mercy on him) said: What Abdullah bin Abi Bakr (may Allah be pleased with them both) sold and whose price he gave in charity was the hullah, and in their usage a hullah is two garments; and what al-Qasim (may Allah have mercy on him) said "its remainder is with us" about is the third garment, in which, together with the two, they claimed he had been shrouded. So Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) gave a full clarification that the two garments they called a hullah and a Yemeni (hibarah) cloak were brought, but he was not shrouded in them; rather, he was shrouded in three white cotton garments, among which there was neither a shirt nor a turban. And Allah knows best.
