(a) Abu Rafi' (may Allah have mercy on him) narrated: I prayed the Isha prayer with Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him); he recited Surah al-Inshiqaq and prostrated. I said: What prostration is this? He said: I made this prostration with Abu al-Qasim (peace and blessings be upon him), and I will keep making it until I meet him (peace and blessings be upon him).
(b) In the narration of Isa bin Yunus (may Allah have mercy on him), the word "al-Isha" appears in place of "al-Atamah", and he said: When he concluded the prayer with the salam, he said: O Abu Hurayrah, what is this? He replied: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) also made this prostration.
