أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أنا أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ مَطَرٍ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ، ثنا أَبِي، ثنا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عِمْرَانَ، عَنْ عبَدِ اللهِ بْنِ شَمَّاسٍ، قَالَ: أَتَيْتُ عَائِشَةَ فَسَأَلْتُهَا عَنْ لَحْمِ الصَّيْدِ يُهْدِيهِ الْحَلَالُ لِلْحَرَامِ فَقَالَتْ: " اخْتَلَفَ فِيهَا أَصْحَابُ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَكَرِهَه بَعْضُهُمْ، وَلَمْ يَرَ بَعْضُهُمْ بَأْسًا وَلَيْسَ بِهِ بَأْسٌ ".
Abdullah bin Shammas (may Allah have mercy on him) says: I came to Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) and asked her about game meat that a person not in ihram gives as a gift to a person in ihram. She said: The Companions of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) differed about it; some of them disliked it and some of them saw no harm in it, and there is no harm in it.
