أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ زَيْدُ بْنُ أَبِي هَاشِمٍ الْعَلَوِيُّ وَعَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْبُخَارِيُّ بِالْكُوفَةِ قَالَا: أنبأ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ دُحَيْمٍ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ، ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، عَنْ أَسْبَاطٍ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، قَالَ: جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، فَقَالَ: إِنِّي قَتَلْتُ أَرْنَبًا وَأَنَا مُحْرِمٌ، فَكَيْفَ تَرَى؟ قَالَ: " هِيَ تَمْشِي عَلَى أَرْبَعٍ وَالْعَنَاقُ تَمْشِي عَلَى أَرْبَعٍ، ⦗٣٠١⦘ وَهِيَ تَأْكُلُ الشَّجَرَ وَالْعَنَاقُ تَأْكُلُ الشَّجَرَ، وَهِيَ تَجْتَرُّ وَالْعَنَاقُ تَجْتَرُّ، أَهْدِ مَكَانَهَا عَنَاقًا ".
Ikrimah (may Allah have mercy on him) says that a man came to Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) and said: I killed a hare while in the state of ihram; what is your view? He said: It walks on four legs and a young goat also walks on four legs; the hare eats from trees and so does the young goat; the hare chews the cud and the young goat also chews the cud. Sacrifice a young goat in its place. [Da'if]
