وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، وَأَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، قَالُوا: أنبأ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ يَحْيَى بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ الْقَاضِي، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ، ثنا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ طَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ فَرَمَلَ مِنَ الْحَجَرِ الْأَسْوَدِ ثَلَاثًا، ثُمَّ صَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ قَرَأَ فِيهِمَا قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ وَقُلْ هُوَ اللهُ أَحَدٌ " كَذَا وَجَدْتُهُ.
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) said that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) performed tawaf of the House of Allah, doing ramal for three circuits from the Black Stone; then after the tawaf he prayed two rak'ahs, reciting in them Surah al-Kafirun and al-Ikhlas.
