أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أنبأ مُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، وَطَاوُسٍ، أَنَّهُمَا قَالَا: الْحَجَّةُ الْوَاجِبَةُ مِنْ رَأْسِ الْمَالِ.
Ata and Tawus (may Allah have mercy on them both) said that the obligatory Hajj is to be funded from "ra's al-mal" (the principal wealth).
