Bayhaqi 8642 — A man able to walk who has no provision or mount

It is also reported from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both), like the saying of Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), that the meaning of "way" (sabil) is provision for the journey and a mount.
