باب: المعتكف يخرج من المسجد لبول أو غائط ثم لا يسأل عن المريض إلا مارا ولا يخرج لعيادة مريض ولا شهادة جنازة ولا يباشر امرأة ولا يمسها.
Chapter: One in i'tikaf leaves the mosque to urinate or defecate, asks about the sick only in passing, does not go out to visit the sick or attend a funeral, and does not have relations with or touch a woman

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أنبأ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ، ثنا آدَمُ، ثنا وَرْقَاءُ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: إِذَا اعْتَكَفَ فَلَا يجَامِعُ النِّسَاءَ.
Mujahid narrates from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he said: When a man is in i'tikaf, he should not have intimate relations with a woman.
