Bayhaqi 7734 — The preference for giving one's zakat al-fitr and zakah

Salman bin Amir al-Dabbi (may Allah be pleased with him) says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Your charity to a poor person (miskin) is one charity, and charity to a relative carries two rewards: one for upholding kinship ties and the other for charity."
