Bayhaqi 7735 — The preference for giving one's zakat al-fitr and zakah

Sayyiduna Salman bin Amir al-Dabbi (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates it as a saying of the Prophet that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Charity to a poor person (miskin) is one charity, and charity to a relative is two charities: one charity and the other upholding kinship ties."
