قَالَ: وَحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، ثنا إِسْرَائِيلُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: " مَا سَقَتِ السَّمَاءُ فَمِنْ كُلِّ عَشَرَةٍ وَاحِدٌ وَمَا سُقِيَ بِالْغَرْبِ فَمَنْ كُلِّ عِشْرِينَ وَاحِدٌ ".
Asim bin Damrah (may Allah have mercy on him) said that Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: On what the sky waters, one out of every ten is due; and on what is watered by a water-wheel and the like, one out of every twenty is due.
