وَأَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ، أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، قَالَ: قَدِمَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ بَعْدَ وَفَاةِ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بِثَلَاثٍ فَأَتَى قَبْرَهَ فَصَلَّى عَلَيْهِ.
Nafi' (may Allah have mercy on him) said that Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) arrived three days after the death of Sayyiduna Asim bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), then came to his grave and prayed (the funeral prayer).
