Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Every important matter, if it is not begun with the praise of Allah, is cut off from blessing."
Qurrah narrated it with a connected chain, while Yunus bin Yazid, Uqayl bin Khalid, Shu'ayb bin Abi Hamzah and Sa'id bin Abd al-Aziz narrated it from al-Zuhri from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) as mursal (without the Companion).
