وَمِنْهَا مَا أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، ثنا حَسَنٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ صَالِحِ بْنِ حَيٍّ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو حَازِمٍ، عَنْ مَوْلًى لِآلِ الزُّبَيْرِ يَرْفَعُهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: " الْجُمُعَةُ وَاجِبَةٌ عَلَى كُلِّ حَالِمٍ، إِلَّا عَلَى أَرْبَعَةٍ، عَلَى الصَّبِيِّ، وَالْمَمْلُوكِ، وَالْمَرْأَةِ، وَالْمَرِيضِ ".
A freed slave of the family of al-Zubayr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates, attributing it to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), that he said: "The Friday prayer is obligatory upon every adult except a child, a slave, a woman and a sick person."
