أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ، أنبأ أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، ثنا ابْنُ مَنِيعٍ، ثنا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ الزَّهْرَانِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ، ثنا أَبُو التَّيَّاحِ، عَنْ مُوَرِّقٍ الْعِجْلِيِّ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ مُحْرِزٍ قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ عَنْ صَلَاةِ السَّفَرِ، قَالَ: " رَكْعَتَانِ، مَنْ خَالَفَ السُّنَّةَ كَفَرَ ".
Safwan bin Muhriz says: I asked Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) about the prayer while travelling, and he said: It is two rak'ahs; whoever goes against the Sunnah has committed disbelief.
