أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ، أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أنبأ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، " أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُصَلِّي الْجُمُعَةَ فِي بُيُوتِ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَامَ حَجَّ الْوَلِيدُ وَكَثُرَ النَّاسُ، بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ الْمَسْجِدِ طَرِيقٌ ".
Hisham bin Urwah (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from his father (may Allah have mercy on him) that he used to pray the Friday prayer in the house of Humayd bin Abd al-Rahman (may Allah have mercy on him) in the year al-Walid (may Allah have mercy on him) performed Hajj and the people were very many, and there was a road between Humayd's (may Allah have mercy on him) house and the mosque.
