وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أنبأ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ حَمْدَانَ بِهَمْدَانَ فِي سَنَةِ إِحْدَى وَأَرْبَعِينَ، ثنا هِلَالُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ، ثنا أَبِي، ثنا بَقِيَّةُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: صَلَّيْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ فَلَمَّا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الرُّكُوعِ قَالَ: " سَمِعَ اللهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ اللهُمَّ رَبَّنَا وَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ ".
It is narrated from Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him): I prayed with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) in the month of Ramadan. When he (peace and blessings be upon him) raised his head from bowing, he said: 'Sami'allahu liman hamidah, Allahumma rabbana wa lakal-hamd' (Allah has heard the one who praised Him. O Allah, our Lord, Yours alone is the being worthy of all praise).
