باب: : الولاء للكبر من عصبة المعتق، وهو الأقرب فالأقرب منهم بالمعتق، إذا كان قد مات المعتق.

قَالَ: وَأنبأ يَزِيدُ، أنبأ شُعْبَةُ بْنُ الْحَجَّاجِ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَنَّ عَلِيًّا، وَعَبْدَ اللهِ، وَزَيْدًا، رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمْ قَالُوا: " الْوَلَاءُ لِلْكُبْرِ ". وَرُوِيَ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، وَعَبْدِ اللهِ، وَزَيْدٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمْ.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that Ali, Abdullah and Zayd (may Allah be pleased with them) said: Wala' belongs to the senior.
