اُردوEn
قَالَ: وَأنبأ يَزِيدُ، أنبأ عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: " لَا يُبَاعُ الْوَلَاءُ وَلَا يُوهَبُ، الْوَلَاءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ ".
Ata narrates from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him): "Wala' shall not be sold or given as a gift; wala' belongs to the one who freed (the slave)."
