Bayhaqi 21300 — A man taking his due from one who withholds

Sayyiduna al-Miqdam (may Allah be pleased with him) heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Whoever stays as a guest with a Muslim and he (the guest) is left deprived, then it is the right of the Muslims to help him, until he takes the amount of his hospitality from his (host's) wealth and his crops."
