Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: Hind came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! Abu Sufyan is a stingy, miserly man; he does not spend on me and on his children what would suffice me or my children. May I take from his wealth without his knowing? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Take as much as suffices you and your children, according to what is reasonable."
(b) In the narration of Anas bin Iyad: He does not give me what suffices me and my children, except what I take from him secretly without his knowing; is there any sin on me in that? [Sahih. It has preceded.]
