Bayhaqi 21297 — A man taking his due from one who withholds

Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) said that Hind said to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): O Messenger of Allah! Abu Sufyan is a miserly man; may I take from his wealth secretly? "Take as much as suffices you and your children, according to what is reasonable." [Sahih. Agreed upon.]
