Bayhaqi 20928 — The disagreement about playing chess

Ja'far bin Muhammad narrates from Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that chess is the gambling (maysir) of the non-Arabs.
This is mursal, but it has supporting reports (shawahid).
