أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ، أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمُزَكِّي، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثنا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، ثنا مَالِكٌ، أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ، رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: " لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ خَصْمٍ وَلَا ظَنِينٍ ".
Imam Malik (may Allah have mercy on him) said that Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The testimony of a disputant and of one who makes accusations should not be accepted.
