وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، ثنا تَمْتَامٌ، ثنا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ، ثنا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، ثنا الْعَلَاءُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ ذِي الْحِنَةِ وَالظِّنَّةِ ". الظِّنَّةُ أَحْفَظُ مِنَ الْخَلَّةِ ". . وَأَصَحُّ مَا رُوِيَ فِي هَذَا الْبَابِ، وَإِنْ كَانَ مُرْسَلًا.
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The testimony of one who makes accusations and of a madman shall not be accepted."
