أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ الْعَدْلُ، بِبَغْدَادَ أنبأ دَعْلجُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ النَّضْرِ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، ثنا زُهَيْرٌ، ثنا قَابُوسُ بْنُ أَبِي ظَبْيَانَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، عَنْ نَبِيِّ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " الْهَدْيُ الصَّالِحُ وَالسَّمْتُ الصَّالِحُ وَالِاقْتِصَادُ جُزْءٌ مِنْ خَمْسَةٍ وَعِشْرِينَ جُزْءًا مِنَ النُّبُوَّةِ ".
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Good conduct, a good bearing and moderation are one part of the twenty-five parts of prophethood."
