أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ، أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمُزَكِّي، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثنا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، ثنا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ، كَانَ يَقْضِي بِشَهَادَةِ الصِّبْيَانِ فِيمَا بَيْنَهُمْ مِنَ الْجِرَاحِ.
Hisham bin Urwah (may Allah have mercy on him) says that Sayyiduna Abdullah bin al-Zubayr (may Allah be pleased with him) used to give judgment concerning injuries on the basis of the testimony of children.
